采用沉淀法对从拜耳法铝酸钠溶液中分离钒进行了研究,通过单因素实验考察了沉淀阶段沉淀剂用量、沉淀反应时间、反应温度对V2O5回收率的影响.结果表明,选用蒸发母液为原料,CaO为沉淀剂对实验更为有利.钒在蒸发母液中以正钒酸盐形式存在.沉淀剂的用量是影响V2O5回收率的主要因素,沉淀反应温度次之,沉淀反应时间最次.最佳单因素条件(CaO过量系数为1000,反应时间1h,反应温度90℃)下,V2O5总回收率最高可达45.34%.
The precipitation method was used to separate vanadium from Bayer process sodium aluminate solution. The effects of precipitant dosage, precipitation reaction time and reaction temperature on the recovery of V2O5 were investigated by single factor experiments. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: Raw materials and CaO are more favorable for the experiment.Vanadium exists in the form of ortho vanadate in the evaporation mother liquor.The amount of precipitant is the main factor affecting the recovery rate of V2O5, the precipitation reaction temperature is the second, and the precipitation reaction time is the most. The best single factor conditions (CaO excess coefficient of 1000, the reaction time of 1h, the reaction temperature of 90 ℃), the total recovery of V2O5 up to 45.34%.
