目的:评价咪喹莫特对高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的宫颈尖锐湿疣患者的临床疗效及其对HPVDNA的影响。方法:选取2015年3月—2016年2月收治的高危型HPV感染的宫颈尖锐湿疣患者92例,将其分为物理组和咪喹莫特组,每组46例;物理组患者给予高频电刀治疗;咪喹莫特组患者给予咪喹莫特局部用药治疗;评价两组患者治疗后HPV-DNA病毒载量水平和高危型HPV感染的宫颈尖锐湿疣的总有效率、复发率以及两组患者用药期间不良反应的发生率。结果:两组患者治疗后的总有效率经组间比较其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);咪喹莫特组患者复发率低于物理组(P<0.05),HPV-DNA病毒载量测得值优于物理组(P<0.05)。结论:采用咪喹莫特治疗高危型HPV感染的宫颈尖锐湿疣患者,临床疗效及对HPV-DNA的影响较大,可有效降低HPV-DNA病毒载量和复发率。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of imiquimod in patients with cervical condyloma acuminatum infected with high-risk human papillomavirus (HPV) and its effect on HPVDNA. Methods: Ninety-two cases of cervical condyloma acuminatum were selected from March 2015 to February 2016. The patients were divided into physical group and imiquimod group, with 46 cases in each group. Results: The total effective rate after treatment was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The relapse rate in the imiquimod group was lower than that in the physical group (P <0.05) The measured value was better than the physical group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Imiquimod treatment of high-risk HPV infection in patients with cervical condyloma acuminatum, clinical efficacy and HPV-DNA greater impact, can effectively reduce the HPV-DNA viral load and recurrence rate.
