我国报业集团是经过改制而来,其经营绩效考核指标评价体系较为滞后,在考核过程中出现了平时量化不够,过分依赖年终考核,且实际中只重视考核过程,忽视考核结果的现象。面对这些问题,本文在充分考虑报业特征的基础上,建立包括集团层次、下属单位层次、基层部门层次、具体岗位层次四个方面的经营绩效考核评价指标体系,并对各层次的具体指标进行确定,以期提高考核的准确性。
