研究了三氯化铝-氯化丁基吡啶(n-BPC-AlCl3)离子液体催化β-甲基萘歧化合成2,6-二甲基萘(2,6-DMN)反应。通过正交试验,考察了反应温度、时间、BPC-AlCl3离子液体酸强度及催化剂用量对β-甲基萘歧化反应的影响。实验结果表明,BPC-AlCl3酸性离子液体对β-甲基萘歧化反应具有良好的催化活性和较好的2,6-二甲基萘选择性。在120℃,Al Cl3/BPC的摩尔比为4∶1,催化剂质量分数12%,反应时间为3 5h的条件下,反应转化率为29 0%,2,6-DMN的选择性为32 5%。
The reaction of 2,6-dimethylnaphthalene (2,6-DMN) with disproportionation of β-methylnaphthalene catalyzed by aluminum trichloride-butyl chloride (n-BPC-AlCl3) The effects of reaction temperature and time, the acidity of BPC-AlCl3 ionic liquid and the amount of catalyst on the disproportionation reaction of β-methylnaphthalene were investigated by orthogonal experiments. The experimental results show that the BPC-AlCl3 acidic ionic liquid has good catalytic activity and good selectivity to 2,6-dimethylnaphthalene for disproportionation of β-methylnaphthalene. The reaction conversion was 29 0%, the selectivity of 2,6-DMN was 32 5 at 120 ℃, the molar ratio of AlCl3 / BPC was 4:1, the mass fraction of catalyst was 12% and the reaction time was 35 h %.
