随着国家对基础建设的大力推进,建筑行业竞争也无可避免地愈演愈烈。人力资源是企业最宝贵的资源,国有建筑施工企业人才的流失直接导致企业人才结构出现断层。这种情况的出现严重制约了企业的发展,削弱了企业的竞争力。文章依据人才需求特点,审视国有建筑施工企业人才管理的现状,分析人才流失的原因,提出吸引和留住人才的相应对策。
With the country’s vigorous promotion of infrastructure construction, competition in the construction industry is inevitably intensified. Human resources are the most valuable resources for enterprises. The loss of talents in state-owned construction enterprises leads directly to the breakdown of the structure of talent in enterprises. The emergence of such a situation has seriously hampered the development of enterprises and weakened the competitiveness of enterprises. Based on the characteristics of talent demand, this paper examines the current situation of talent management in state-owned construction enterprises, analyzes the causes of brain drain, and proposes corresponding measures to attract and retain talents.
