车架纵、横梁接头局部柔量的处理是车架有限元分析中的一个关键。在过去的研究中,对弹性接触引起的非线性局部柔量尚未进行详细研究,针对这种状况,本文提出串联结构系统分析的理论,并用以指导建立车架接头局部柔量的力学模型,利用 QJF-1程序模拟了接触问题,并对接头局部柔量进行了大量的数值分析,绘出了局部柔量系数与外栽的关系曲线,实验结果证实了本文有限元模型的可靠性。
The longitudinal and cross beam joint local compliance processing is a key element in the frame finite element analysis. In the past studies, the nonlinear local compliance caused by elastic contact has not been studied in detail. In view of this situation, this paper presents the theory of tandem structural system analysis and is used to guide the establishment of the mechanics model of the local compliance of the frame joint. The QJF-1 program simulates the contact problem and conducts a great deal of numerical analysis of the local compliance of the joint. The curve of the local compliance coefficient is plotted against the outside. The experimental results confirm the reliability of the finite element model.
