红细胞变形性测定是检测微观血液流变学的有效方法。糖尿病突出的病理变化是全身微小血管病变，全血粘度明显增高已被公认．但对红细胞变形性降低与否的研究不尽一致，少数报道红细胞变形性与糖尿病无关。为此，我们采用激光衍射法测定了42例糖尿病患者红细胞变形指数(DI)及血液流变学各项指标，报告如下。
