对TC4-DT材料高压电子束框工艺进行了研究。采用高压电子束焊接技术来实现复杂结构、大厚度难熔金属的热工艺成形,并对工艺、微观形貌、力学性能及微观组织进行系统性的分析。试验结果表明:电子束所形成的焊缝较为平整,成形较窄,拉伸、冲击强度较高,抗拉性能强于母材,但冲击韧性有所下降;焊缝接头网篮组织结构中,焊缝组织不见明显晶界,保证了焊缝组织的连续,且晶粒交错细化。
The TC4-DT high-voltage electron beam frame technology was studied. The high-voltage electron beam welding technology is used to realize the hot forming of complex structure and large thickness refractory metal, and the systematic analysis of the process, the microstructure, the mechanical properties and the microstructure are carried out. The results show that the welding seam formed by electron beam is relatively smooth, the forming is narrow, the tensile strength and impact strength are higher, the tensile property is stronger than that of base metal, but the impact toughness is decreased. In the microstructure of weld joint basket, Weld microstructure is not obvious grain boundaries, to ensure the continuity of the weld structure, and grain refinement.
