我国是最大的小麦进口国,小麦上携带的病原微生物通过贸易方式传入我国会对我国的农业生产安全带来很大的风险。本文介绍了高通量检测技术在进境小麦病原微生物检测中的应用前景,相比较其他检测技术,高通量检测技术具有高效、快速并全面分析复杂的核苷酸群体的功能,随着测序成本不断降低,高通量测序将成为一项常规的实验手段,在进境小麦病原微生物多样性研究中发挥重要作用。
China is the largest importer of wheat. The introduction of pathogenic microorganisms carried by wheat into China through trade will bring great risks to the safety of agricultural production in our country. In this paper, the application of high-throughput detection technology in the detection of pathogenic microorganisms in imported wheat is introduced. Compared with other detection technologies, high-throughput detection technology has the function of efficient, rapid and comprehensive analysis of complex nucleotide populations. With the sequencing As the cost continues to decrease, high-throughput sequencing will become a routine experimental method and play an important role in studying the diversity of pathogenic microorganisms in the incoming wheat.
