目的:明确哺乳期摄入低能量膳食对大鼠生长发育的影响,为探讨其作用机制以及提出科学的哺乳期婴儿喂养方案和合理的乳母膳食提供依据。方法:雄性仔鼠于出生时随机分为低能量组与正常对照组。母乳喂养,每日测量仔鼠体重并观察长毛、出牙、站立、睁眼情况。分别在仔鼠出生及21天断乳时,每组随机抽取5只,称重处死,计算体脂含量,并对结果进行统计分析。结果:断乳时,低能量组大鼠体重及体脂含量(P<0.05)均低于正常对照组,牙出齐时间较正常对照组延迟(P<0.05)。长毛、毛长齐、出牙、站立、睁眼时间等指标的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:哺乳期低能量膳食可通过降低体重、体脂含量并延迟牙齿生长影响生长发育。
OBJECTIVE: To clarify the effect of low-energy diet during lactation on the growth and development of rats, and to provide evidence for exploring its mechanism of action, providing scientific nursing plans for breastfeeding infants and rational nursing mothers diet. Methods: Male offspring were randomly divided into low energy group and normal control group at birth. Breastfeeding, daily measurement of pups weight and observe hairy, teething, standing, eyes open situation. When the offspring were born and the weaning was done on the 21st day, 5 rabbits in each group were randomly selected and weighed and sacrificed. The body fat content was calculated and the results were statistically analyzed. Results: At weaning, body weight and body fat content (P <0.05) of rats in low energy group were lower than that of normal control group, and the time of tooth extraction was delayed compared with that in control group (P <0.05). There were no significant differences in hair length, hair length, teething, standing, eyes open time and other indexes (P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Lactating low-energy diets can affect growth and development by reducing body weight and body fat content and delaying tooth growth.
