At present, the treatment of intraocular non-magnetic foreign bodies, opinions are not consistent. Or that with or without influence, be removed; or that should be conservative treatment. Both have adverse effects. Surgical removal of foreign body, even if the technical and equipment conditions are superior to the patient’s vision can cause damage.
