目的:研究女子篮球运动员髌股关节软骨软化症(PFC)的患病情况及其与Q角的关系,为运动员选材提供参考。方法:对浙江省女子篮球队36名运动员进行膝关节髌股关节软骨软化症调查,通过体表测量法和膝关节X线片分别测出每位队员的Q角和Insall指数,对所得数据进行分析。结果:36名队员中,PFC患病率达52.78%,平均Q角17.6°±3.8°;其中19例PFC患者的平均Q角为18.9°±4.1°,显著大于未患PFC者的16.1°±3°(P<0.05);Q角>17°的运动员患病率明显增加(P<0.05);患者的Insall指数1.16±0.1比未患PFC者的1.06±0.1明显增大(P<0.05)。结论:女子篮球运动员PFC患病率较高,与Q角存在一定相关性,过大的Q角易引发PFC,可作为运动员选材指标之一。
Objective: To study the prevalence of patellofemoral articular cartilage degeneration (PFC) and its relationship with Q angle in female basketball players, and provide a reference for the selection of athletes. Methods: Thirty-six athletes of Zhejiang women’s basketball team were investigated for chondromalacia patellofemoral cartilage degeneration. The Q angle and Insall index of each team member were measured by body surface measurement and knee X-ray. The data were analyzed analysis. Results: The prevalence rate of PFC was 52.78% in 36 team members, with an average Q angle of 17.6 ° ± 3.8 °. The mean Q angle of 19 PFC patients was 18.9 ° ± 4.1 °, significantly higher than that of 16.7 ° ± PFC patients without PFC (P <0.05). The Insall index of patients with Q angle> 17 ° increased significantly (P <0.05). The Insall index of 1.16 ± 0.1 was significantly higher than that of patients without PFC (1.06 ± 0.1) (P <0.05) . Conclusion: There is a high prevalence of PFC in women basketball players and a certain correlation with Q angle. Too large Q angle can easily lead to PFC, which can be used as one of the indicators of athletes selection.
