国内电厂运行情况表明,汽轮机末级叶片水蚀比较严重,是个普遍性问题。叶片严重水蚀,影响机组效率,降低叶片使用寿命,危及安全运行。汽轮机末级叶片水蚀问题,是一个复杂的技术问题,国内、外从试验研究到电厂运行进行了大量的工作。起初人们把注意力集中在叶片的防护上,力图选取一种耐水蚀性能好的材料来防护叶片水蚀。随着单机容量的增大,叶片长度的增加以及工作条件更加恶劣,单从材料上来解决水蚀问题是不可能的了。通过对水蚀机理的进一步研究,认识到彻底解决水蚀问
