采取室内小型试验和温棚培育池试验相结合的方法,进行了中华绒螯蟹大眼幼体密度对育成V期幼蟹存活率影响的试验。试验结果表明:在试验密度范围内,Ⅴ期幼蟹存活率随大眼幼体密度的增加而下降,即幼蟹存活率与大眼幼体密度呈负相关。室内小型试验条件下大眼幼体的适宜密度为8~12只/L,Ⅴ期幼蟹存活率达43%以上,温棚培育池中大眼幼体的投放密度应低于3818只/m2。
A small-scale indoor experiment and a greenhouse incubator test method were used to study the Eriocheir sinensis Eyed larvae density on the survival of V-crabs. The results showed that: in the experimental density range, the survival rate of Ⅴ crab decreased with the increase of the density of the eyed baby, that is, the survival rate of juvenile crab and large-eyed larval density was negatively correlated. The suitable density of the giant eyed juveniles was 8-12 / L and the survival rate of the phase Ⅴ was over 43% under the indoor small-scale experimental conditions. The storage density of the large-eyed juveniles in the greenhouse was less than 3818 / m2.
