Research shows that one-third of employees are preparing to leave due to heavy performance, discordant human environment and interpersonal relationships. More than 50% of employees believe that the pressure is too high, which makes the employee’s engagement degree plummet, giving the company’s efficiency and development prospects great uncertainty. Global professional consulting service company, Towers Watson, said in its employee engagement report that among all companies surveyed, all companies with high employee engagement increased their operating revenue by 19.2% in the same period of the same period.
