目的 建立微波辐射大鼠动物模型 ,研究移动电话微波辐射对大鼠神经细胞凋亡状态的影响。方法 健康成年雄性SD大鼠 80只 ,随机分为 4组 :空白组、辐射组、单纯去颅骨组、去颅骨辐射组 ,每组 2 0只。辐射完成后用TUNEL法检测凋亡细胞阳性率 ,用免疫组织化学方法检测辐射后相应时间的脑组织中Bcl 2、Bax蛋白的表达情况。结果 去颅骨辐射组TUNEL阳性率 [(2 6 .45±9.2 7) % ]和Bax、Bcl 2阳性细胞数 (分别为 2 3.5± 3 .5 8、11.1± 2 .5 5 )与相应的空白组 [分别为 (9.5 9±2 .5 5 ) %、14.2± 2 .46、7.0± 1.14]、单纯去颅骨组 [分别为 (9.5 2± 1.93) %、15 .5± 1.77、7.4± 1.76 ]、辐射组 [分别为 (10 .0 4± 3.6 2 ) %、15 .9± 2 .0 2、7.2± 1.0 7]比较 ,差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。各组的Bax/Bcl 2比值均未见明显异常。结论 微波辐射对完整颅骨大鼠的神经细胞凋亡状态未产生明显影响 ,而在去颅骨大鼠中则促进了细胞凋亡的发生 ,Bax、Bcl 2基因与细胞凋亡的发生相关 ,完整的颅骨为保护神经细胞免受微波辐射损伤的重要因素。
Objective To establish an animal model of microwave radiation in rats and study the effect of mobile phone microwave radiation on apoptosis of nerve cells in rats. Methods Eighty healthy adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: blank group, radiation group, pure skull group and skull radiating group, 20 in each group. After irradiation, the positive rate of apoptotic cells was detected by TUNEL method, and the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax protein in brain tissue was detected by immunohistochemical method at the corresponding time after irradiation. Results The positive rate of TUNEL in skull irradiation group was (2.645 ± 9.27)% and the number of Bax and Bcl2 positive cells (23.5 ± 3.58, 11.1 ± 2.55, respectively) (9.59 ± 2.55%, 14.2 ± 2.46 and 7.0 ± 1.14, respectively) and the group of pure skull [9.52 ± 1.93%, 15.5 ± 1.77 and 7.4 ± 1.76 ], Radiotherapy group [(10 .0 ± 3.6 2)%, 15 .9 ± 2 .0 2, 7.2 ± 1.07], respectively (P <0.01). Bax / Bcl 2 ratio in each group showed no significant abnormalities. Conclusion There is no significant effect of microwave radiation on apoptosis of neurons in intact skull rats, but apoptosis in craniocerebral rats is promoted. Bax and Bcl 2 genes are associated with apoptosis. Complete Skull to protect the nerve cells from microwave radiation damage an important factor.
