先天性疟疾是新生儿少见的疾病.症状不典型,易误诊和漏诊.为提高对本病的认识,现报道五例如下:例1.男,七天,系第二胎足月顺产.因间歇性发热、全身微颤二天,于1970年7月13日入院.体温在39℃.其母产前十天患疟疾.体检:T38.3℃,无特殊阳性体征,薄血片找到疟原虫.给氯喹治疗三天,痊愈出院.例2.女,十天.因不规则发热5天伴间歇性全身微颤,于1973年7月26日入院.体温在37°～39.2℃之间波动,皮肤黄渐加深.患儿系第三胎足月顺产.其母产前一个月有典型疟疾发作,给以些胡、氯喹等治疗.体检:T37.8℃,轻度贫血貌,皮肤巩膜轻度黄染,腹平软,肝干肋下1.5cm、剑突下2cm、质软,脾(-).薄血片查出疟原虫.给以氟氯抗疟与保肝,三天后热退,半月后黄疸消退,肝功能正常.
