目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定肾舒颗粒中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:资生堂ODS C_(18),流动相:乙腈-磷酸二氢钠(0.025 mol·L~(-1))-十二烷基硫酸钠(0.025 mol·L~(-1))(50:25:25),柱温:25℃,检测波长:365 nm,流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1)。结果:盐酸小檗碱进样量在0.19~1.9μg范围内线性良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率:99.34%,RSD 1.76%(n= 6)。结论:本方法简便,准确、重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Shenshu Granules by high performance liquid chromatography. Method: Column: Shiseido ODS C_(18), mobile phase: acetonitrile-sodium dihydrogen phosphate(0.025 mol·L -1)-sodium dodecyl sulfate(0.025 mol·L -1) (50:25:25), column temperature: 25°C, detection wavelength: 365 nm, flow rate: 1.0 ml·min -1 . Results: The calibration curve of berberine hydrochloride was linear in the range of 0.19-1.9μg (r=0.999 9). The average recovery rate was 99.34% and the RSD was 1.76% (n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
