一、培养潜能生的学习兴趣1.加强备课环节设计。在备课环节中,要想到为潜能生设计一些他们能接受的课堂内容。现在的教材和教案大多是为了中等生设计的,很少有为潜能生设计的教案,一个教学环节的设计会有几个方案,在这几个方案中要想到哪一个会更适合潜能生呢?哪一种教法更容易被他们接受呢?那我们就选这个教法:在备课中我们要想到潜能生,有意识地为他们创造学习环境。
