目的 分析人nm2 3基因表达与乳腺癌的转移、复发及估计预后的关系。方法 应用sp免疫组化法检测 180例乳腺癌患者中nm2 3基因蛋白的表达。 结果 显示nm2 3基因在 99例(5 5 % )有表达。研究表明nm2 3基因的表达与原发瘤体大小、淋巴结转移、组织学分级显著相关 (P<0 0 1) ,与淋巴结转移程度呈负相关 (P <0 0 5 )。而与月经状况及癌周围浸润无相关 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 提示人nm2 3基因表达可作为临床对乳腺癌的转移、复发及估计预后的一个可靠的检测指标。
Objective To analyze the relationship between nm23 gene expression and metastasis, recurrence and prognosis of breast cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of nm23 gene in 180 cases of breast cancer. The results showed that nm23 gene was expressed in 99 cases (55%). The study showed that the expression of nm23 gene was significantly correlated with the size of primary tumor, lymph node metastasis and histological grade (P <0.01), and negatively correlated with the degree of lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). But not related to the status of menstruation and infiltration around the cancer (P> 0.05). The conclusion suggests that the expression of nm23 gene can be used as a reliable detection index for clinical metastasis, recurrence and prognosis of breast cancer.
