本文以离子敏场效应管作为传感器基体,经化学修饰后在ISFET的栅极表面结合上一种肝素的拮抗剂。通过优化实验条件,在磷酸盐缓冲液为本底的肝素溶液中对肝素浓度响应的线性范围为0.2unit/ml—8.9unit/ml,检测下限为0.1unit/ml;斜率为42mV/dec,响应时间为0.5S。实验发现本传感器对人新鲜血浆中的肝素浓度却得到不规则响应,但此不规则响应仍然有利用价值。
In this paper, an ion sensitive field effect transistor is used as a sensor substrate, and a chemically modified heparin antagonist is bound to the gate surface of the ISFET.
