吉林省敦化县自1973年开始,经多方协助研制出压力式曝气锰砂过滤除铁装置(下称除铁装置)。我县东屯村一井深为53米,出水量36t/h,水中含铁12mg/l,水质浑浊,铁锈味很大,有棕红色沉淀物,安装除铁装置后,水中铁含量降至0.3mg/l以下。十多年来运转正常、效果可靠,适合农村应用。 除铁装置采用锰砂为滤料,锰有加速铁的氧化作用,并对地下水pH值低、水温低、含铁高有较好的适应性,其净水流程为:①深井泵→②加压泵→③加气阀→④混合器→⑤过滤罐→⑥贮水池
