目的 :探讨 p5 3基因突变在血液系统肿瘤发病及进展中的作用。方法 :采用 PCR- SSCP方法对 34例血液系统肿瘤患者 p5 3基因第 5、8外显子进行研究。结果 :从 1例急性粒细胞白血病 (AML ) (1/ 12 ,8.33% ) ,1例急性淋巴细胞白血病 (AL L) (1/ 5 ,2 0 % ) ,2例非霍奇金淋巴瘤 (NHL) (2 / 5 ,40 % ) ,2例多发性骨髓瘤 (MM) (2 / 8,2 5 % )中发现了 p5 3基因突变。其中 1例 AML,1例 NHL 及 1例 MM,均在检测后 3个月内死亡。结论 :p5 3基因突变在血液系统肿瘤的发病及疾病发展中起着一定的作用
Objective: To investigate the role of p53 gene mutation in the pathogenesis and progression of hematological malignancies. Methods : The exons 5 and 8 of p53 gene in 34 patients with hematological system tumors were studied by PCR-SSCP. Results: From one case of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) (1/12, 8.33%), one case of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (AL L) (1/5, 20%), and two cases of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma ( NHL (2 / 5, 40%), p5 3 mutations were found in 2 patients with multiple myeloma (MM) (2 / 8, 25 %). One case of AML, one case of NHL, and one case of MM all died within 3 months of the test. Conclusion : p53 gene mutation plays a role in the pathogenesis of the hematological system and the development of the disease
