Metallurgical Department of the backbone of iron and steel enterprises in technological transformation of economic benefits analysis will be held August 28, 1984 to September 3 in Xinyu City, Jiangxi Province. At the meeting, there were more than 250 representatives from 53 local backbone steel enterprises, 22 provincial departments of metallurgy and universities, research institutes, and design institutes. Ministry of Metallurgical Steel Secretary Jiang Min consultant, Zhuang Yi Director, Director of Jiangxi Provincial Economic Commission Qian Jiaming attended and presided over the meeting. At the meeting, Hangzhou Steel, Jiangxi Steel
