以某小型反应堆控制棒驱动线为研究对象,建立了单根控制棒三维流体仿真模型。基于动网格技术对控制棒落棒行为进行了仿真分析,获得了控制棒落棒过程中导向管内流场的压力云图、速度云图以及控制棒位移、速度-时间曲线和导向管内压强-时间曲线。与相应试验数据的对比验证表明,仿真结果与试验结果符合很好。该方法可用来计算控制棒落棒时间及最大冲击力等重要参数,为控制棒驱动线结构优化设计提供参考。
Taking a small reactor control rod driving line as the research object, a single control rod three-dimensional fluid simulation model was established. Based on moving grid technology, the behavior of control rod falling bar was simulated and the pressure, velocity and displacement of control rod, velocity-time curve and pressure-time curve in the guide tube were obtained. . The comparison with the corresponding experimental data shows that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results. The method can be used to calculate the parameters such as the falling time of the control rod and the maximum impact force and provide reference for the optimal design of the control rod driving line structure.
