改革开放20年来,利用外资对我国经济的发展作出了很大的贡献。但是从我国国内东中西部地区的划分来看,吸引外资对各个地区经济发展的作用存在很大的差异,而且东部沿海与中西部的差距在中国入世后可能会进一步加大。吸引外资对地区经济的影响主要表现在以下几个方面: 1.外资拉动了地区经济增长 近20年是新中国成立以后我国经济以较高的速度增长,取得巨大成就的20年。同时,也是外商投资速度增长最快的时期。由于外商投资需求不断扩大,带动消费需求和出口需求的增长,从而拉动经济增长,而且外商在哪个地区投资越多,该地区的经济就发展的越快。
Over the past 20 years of reform and opening up, the utilization of foreign investment has made a great contribution to the economic development of our country. However, judging from the division of the eastern, central and western regions in China, the role of attracting foreign investment in the economic development in various regions is quite different. Moreover, the gap between the eastern coast and the central and western regions may further increase after China’s accession to the WTO. The impact of attracting foreign investment on the regional economy is mainly manifested in the following aspects: 1. The past 20 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China boosted the regional economic growth over the past 20 years since the founding of new China have witnessed tremendous achievements in economic growth at a relatively high rate. At the same time, it is also the period when foreign investment grows fastest. As the demand for foreign investment continues to expand, driving the growth of consumer demand and export demand, thus stimulating economic growth, and the more foreign investors invest in which areas, the faster the economy in the region will develop.
