我课题组从1986年起承担了农业部下达的“应用生物技术选育水稻新品种”课题。主要采用了当今生物技术中最为成熟的方法——花药离体培养,进行水稻花粉植株诱导,并完成选育种程序。至1991年我们选出水稻花培新品系 H45,该品系产量、抗性均超过辽粳五号品种,且米质优良,种植面积逐年增加。 My task group assumed from 1986, the Ministry of Agriculture issued a “new application of biotechnology breeding new varieties of rice” topic. Mainly used in today’s biotechnology is the most mature method - in vitro anther culture, rice pollen plant induction, and complete breeding program. By 1991, we selected a new line of Hyperthermiplopes (H45), which is more than that of Liajing No.5 in terms of yield and resistance. The grain quality is good and the area under cultivation is increasing year by year.
