本文采用粉末冶金法制备了 SiCw/2024Al 复合材料,并对其性能及微观结构进行了研究。试验表明:这类复合材料具有可设计性,通过改变 SiC 晶须的加入量可获得不同的力学和物理性能。这类复合材料具有良好的高、低温性能及热稳定性。在 SiC 晶须的界面处存在θ(Al_2Cu)沉淀相的析出。
In this paper, SiCw / 2024Al composites were prepared by powder metallurgy and their properties and microstructure were studied. Experiments show that the composites have designability and different mechanical and physical properties can be obtained by changing the addition of SiC whiskers. Such composites have good high and low temperature properties and thermal stability. The precipitation of θ (Al 2 Cu) precipitates exists at the SiC whisker interface.
