为了远程测量和控制多路设备温度,采用一种积分电路精确测量PT100热电阻的阻值。同时采用AT89C51单片机对所得数据进行非线形补偿,并通过RS-485总线接口,将所获得数据传送上位机,以便真空控制系统的联网控制。由于本模块对输入量同时采用硬件和软件的非线形补偿,故具有精度高、可靠性较好、电路简单、成本低、体积小、生产调试方便等特点。
To measure and control the temperature of multiple devices remotely, an integrating circuit is used to accurately measure the resistance of the PT100 RTD. At the same time using AT89C51 microcontroller to the resulting data for non-linear compensation, and through the RS-485 bus interface, the data obtained will be sent to PC, in order to vacuum control system networking control. Because of the module of the input using both hardware and software nonlinear compensation, it has high precision, good reliability, simple circuit, low cost, small size, easy production and debugging features.
