目的:研究蛤蟆油非水溶性成分酶解物的抗疲劳、耐缺氧及降血脂作用。方法:测定小鼠体重、负重游泳时间、血乳酸含量(LAC)及常压耐缺氧时间;酶法检测大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量等指标。结果:蛤蟆油非水溶性成分酶解物能显著延长受试小鼠常压缺氧下存活时间及负重游泳时间,显著降低其血乳酸含量(P<0.05);能显著降低大鼠TC、TG含量(P<0.05)。结论:蛤蟆油非水溶性成分酶解物具有抗疲劳、耐缺氧及降血脂的作用。
Objective: To study the anti-fatigue, hypoxia-tolerance and hypolipidemic effects of hydrolyzate of water-insoluble ingredients of Toad oil. Methods: The body weight, weight-bearing swimming time, blood lactic acid (LAC), and hypoxia time were measured. The levels of serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol HDL-C) content and other indicators. Results: Hydrolyzate of toad oil could significantly prolong the survival time and weight-bearing swimming time under hypobaric hypoxia, and significantly decrease the content of blood lactate (P <0.05), and significantly reduce the content of TC, TG Content (P <0.05). Conclusion: The hydrolyzate of water-insoluble ingredients of Toad oil has anti-fatigue, hypoxia-tolerance and hypolipidemic effect.
