食品安全问题是当前的一个热点问题,近几年来“苏丹红”“瘦肉精”“三氯氰胺”“砷”等食品安全问题屡见不鲜。保障食品安全是服务型政府实现目标的主要职能之一。食品安全问题不仅是政治问题,关乎国家的安全和社会的稳定,同时也是一个重要的经济问题。该文将对食品安全进行一般理论分析,通过阐述影响食品安全的各种因素,构建解释结构模型来分析各种因素之间的关系,同时分析找出解决食品安全问题的对策。
Food safety is a hot issue at present. In recent years, food safety problems such as “Sudan”, “Lean meat extract”, “Triclosan” and “Arsenic” are not uncommon. Ensuring food safety is one of the major functions of a service-oriented government in achieving its goals. Food safety is not only a political issue, but also a matter of national security and social stability. It is also an important economic issue. This article will conduct a general theoretical analysis of food safety. By explaining various factors that affect food safety, we will construct an interpretative structure model to analyze the relationship among various factors and find out solutions to solve food safety problems.
