为了解回结肠肠段动脉、静脉的配布特点及其相互关系，观察５０具成人和儿童尸体的回盲部、升结肠、横结肠的动脉、静脉配布及其在供应肠段的边缘吻合情况。结果示回结肠肠段的静脉配布较动脉恒定；动脉配布共分７个类型；边缘动脉未见吻合中断，但右结肠静脉与中结肠静脉间有３例吻合完全中断。上述解剖特点可指导临床回结肠代食管的手术操作，以防止或减少术后并发症的发生。
In order to find out the distribution characteristics of colon and veins of colonic intestine and its relationship with each other, we observed the ileocecalis of 50 adult and children’s bodies, the ascending colon and transverse colon arteries and veins with cloth and its edge in the supply of intestine. Results showed that the veins of the colon and intestine were distributed more frequently than the arteries. There were seven types of artery distribution. There was no anastomotic disruption of the marginal artery, but there were 3 cases of complete anastomosis between the right and the middle colon veins. The above anatomical features can guide the clinical operation of the colon on behalf of the esophagus to prevent or reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
