做好屋面工程质量控制,对房屋工程的使用阶段起到至关重要的作用。若是控制不到位,不仅对房屋的使用功能带来负面影响,如漏水、隔热效果差等,还对房屋使用者造成诸多不便。造成屋面的质量问题,除了与施工质量有直接的关系外,施工过程中的施工管理也是其中的原因。以一大型商业楼为例,从管理及施工的角度浅谈钢筋混凝土屋面工程质量控制要点。
