目的检验疲劳量表-14(Fatigue Scale-14,FS-14)在汽车装配作业工人中的信度和效度。方法采用FS-14对588名汽车装配作业工人进行调查,选用项目区分度对FS-14进行项目分析;采用Cronbachsα系数评估量表内部一致性信度,Spearman-Brown系数评估量表分半信度;运用各条目得分与总分的相关性和因子分析方法验证量表的各条目与量表一致性和结构效度。结果项目分析:躯体疲劳和脑力疲劳维度能够区分调查对象的不同躯体疲劳和脑力疲劳水平(P<0.01);信度:量表的Cronbachsα系数为0.809,躯体疲劳和脑力疲劳2个维度的Cronbachsα系数分别为0.800和0.677,Spearman-Brown系数为0.676;效度:各条目得分与总分之间的Pearson相关系数为0.369~0.690(P<0.01),KOM值为0.852。共提取3个公因子,累计方差贡献率为48.839%;每个公因子均涵盖了躯体疲劳和脑力疲劳。结论FS-14在汽车装配作业工人中具有较好的信度和效度,而脑力疲劳维度需根据实际工作进一步完善修订。
Objective To test the reliability and validity of Fatigue Scale-14 (FS-14) in automobile assembly workers. Methods FS-14 was used to investigate 588 automobile assembly workers. Project differentiation was used to analyze the FS-14 project. Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was used to evaluate internal consistency reliability and Spearman-Brown coefficient evaluation scale was divided into half Reliability and validity of each item; the correlation between each item score and total score and the factor analysis method were used to verify the consistency and the structural validity of each item in the scale. Results Analysis of project: Body fatigue and mental fatigue can distinguish different body fatigue and mental fatigue of the surveyed subjects (P <0.01); Reliability: Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of the scale is 0.809, physical fatigue and mental fatigue are two dimensions The Cronbach’s alpha coefficients were 0.800 and 0.677, respectively, and the Spearman-Brown coefficient was 0.676. The validity: The Pearson correlation coefficient between each item score and the total score was 0.369-0.690 (P <0.01), KOM value was 0.852. A total of three common factors were extracted, the cumulative variance contribution rate was 48.839%; each common factor covers the body fatigue and mental fatigue. Conclusion FS-14 has good reliability and validity in the assembly of workers in the automotive industry, and the mental fatigue dimension needs further improvement and revision according to the actual work.
