报告1例6岁男孩，平素体健，因睡眠呼吸阻塞行晚样体扁桃体切除术，术后2周发生难以解释的呕血。一周后家人发现患儿街颈部有小的搏动性肿块，并在3个月内逐渐增大。查体发现：右颌下三角能触及一个5cm。大小的搏动性肿块，可压缩一并可闻及杂音。CT增强扫描提示有预部下颌骨内
One 6-year-old boy was reported to have normal health and a late tonsillectomy due to obstructive sleep apnea and unexplained haematemesis 2 weeks after surgery. A week later, the family found that children with small pulsatile mass in the street neck and gradually increased within 3 months. Physical examination found that: the lower right triangle can reach a 5cm. Pulsatile size of the mass, can be compressed and audible noise. CT enhanced scan prompt premaxillary mandibular
