小学是基础教育,我们的课程改革目的是为孩子提供更多的体验,让孩子们找到自己的兴趣点和特长点所在。经常看到这样的场景,家长们聚在一起,除了成绩、排名外大多没有别的话题,事实上,就连学生也摸不清自己的兴趣和特长究竟是什么。究其原因,一方面是学生在作业上投入了较长时间,另一方面,也归结于学生实践和经历的缺乏。为了使课程和教学更符合学生的认知规律,为学生的潜能与个性的发展提供更多机会和条件,2014年,嘉定区安亭小学出台了《安亭小学课程综合改革项目实施方案》,开始实施四年级“课时时序调整”试点,用“微调”时序的方式实现学校
