目的:明确我国地(县)级疾病预防控制中心乙肝防制工作人力配置需要。方法:选择不同地区、不同级别的11个疾病预防控制中心进行工作规范模拟运作,记录人时消耗,运用“标杆管理”思想来测算所需人力,结果:全国地级疾病预防控制机构乙肝防制工作人力配置需要2912人,目前,缺口为72.08%;县级机构需要4749人,目前,缺口为21.85%。结论:目前,我国地(县)级疾病预防控制中心乙肝防制工作人力投入不足,尚未能满足工作规范化的需要。
OBJECTIVE: To clarify the need of manpower allocation for prevention and control of hepatitis B in prefectural (prefecture) CDC. Methods: Eleven CDC centers in different regions and at different levels were selected to carry out the work standard simulation operation, record the human consumption, and use the “benchmarking management” idea to calculate the required manpower. Results: The national level disease prevention and control agency hepatitis B prevention At present, the gap is 72.08%. There are 4,749 county-level agencies. At present, the gap is 21.85%. CONCLUSION: At present, the manpower invested by Hepatitis B prevention and control centers at county (prefecture) level centers for disease prevention and control in our country is insufficient, which has not yet been able to meet the needs of standardized work.
