身体是生命的载体,是搞好学习、做好工作、过好日子的基础保证,这个大道理早已是人们的共识。所以,身强体健一直是人们共同的不懈追求。然而,很多人主观上健康意识不够,对身体健康缺乏全面、完整、科学的认识。如有些人认为,不生病就是健康;还有些人认为,只要营养好就能健康。这些认识都是片面的、不科学的。身体健康不单指没有疾病,而是指人的全面功能——身体、心理、精神的健全和正常。这只能依赖于人的日积月累的运动锻炼才能达到。只要营养好就能身体健康,同样是一个认识
The body is the carrier of life, and it is a consensus that we must do a good job of studying and doing a good job in order to provide a good foundation for the day.
