我国农村养老保障模式已经从计划经济时代的以家庭养老为主、集体补助为辅的保障模式转变为以家庭养老为主体的多元养老模式。多元养老模式是一种以老带新的养老模式,目前旧的养老方式矛盾日益凸现,新的养老方式又面临许多挑战,为此应该建立家庭补贴制度以缓解日益突出的农村养老问题。
The rural old-age security model in our country has shifted from the family-based pension system in the era of planned economy to the one supported by collective subsidies, and has been transformed into the multi-aged pension model with the family-based care as the mainstay. The old-age care model is an old-age model with old-age care. At present, the contradiction between the old-style old-age care methods is becoming increasingly prominent. The new old-age care methods face many challenges. Therefore, a family allowance system should be set up to alleviate the increasingly prominent problem of old-age care in rural areas.
