我们在铣、刨床工作台T型槽内安装了如图所示的简易联动压紧机构,可减少拧紧螺钉数量,减轻工人劳动强度,提高装夹效率。简易联动压紧机构上下杠杆用M10×10圆柱头螺钉连成一体(螺钉位置在图示a、b、c、d处)。当左(或右)压紧螺钉受力向上移动时,由于半圆转轴4被T型槽挡住不能上移,使组合杠杆绕半圆转轴4转动,带动右(或左)压紧螺钉下移,从而实现联动压紧。
