新课程改革的深入开展普遍要求本科学历的小学教师。然而,现实却存在高师本科生教学能力不尽人意的状况。其原因在于高校在小教师范生的培养过程中未能将理论知识的教授与学生教学实践能力的培养结合起来。而培养模式不合理、教师教学方式错位以及学生专业素养欠缺是影响小教文科生语文知识向语文教学能力转化的重要因素。
The new curriculum reform to carry out the general requirements of undergraduate education primary school teachers. However, the reality is that there are unsatisfactory conditions for undergraduates’ teaching ability. The reason is that colleges and universities fail to combine the professor of theoretical knowledge with the cultivation of students ’teaching practice ability during the training of the pupils’ normal students. However, the unreasonable training mode, the dislocation of teachers ’teaching methods, and the lack of students’ professional literacy are the important factors that affect the transformation of Chinese teaching of primary liberal arts students into Chinese teaching ability.
