对脉动真空灭菌过程选用132℃2分钟、132℃4分钟、128℃30分钟的3种条件,用132℃压力蒸气灭菌指示管、3M指示胶带、留点温度计、嗜热脂肪杆菌芽胞进行对照实验观察,以嗜热脂肪杆菌芽胞灭菌后培养无菌生长为合格标志。结果表明132℃2分钟、4分钟条件下指示管指出结果与嗜热脂肪杆菌芽胞菌片结果相符,但2分钟条件下指示管与嗜热脂肪杆菌芽胞菌片均指示灭菌不合格,而4分钟灭菌条件指出的结果为合格,指示管能指示灭菌状态时的温度和所持续的时间,留点温度计只能指示灭菌状态时达到的温度,指示管不适用于低于132℃以下温度条件的压力蒸气灭菌器。
Two conditions of 132°C for 2 minutes, 132°C for 4 minutes, and 128°C for 30 minutes were selected for the pulsatile vacuum sterilization process. They were performed with a 132°C pressure steam sterilization indicator tube, 3M indicator tape, retention thermometer, and Bacillus stearothermophilus spores. Controlled experimental observations showed that sterile growth of cultures after sterilization with Bacillus stearothermophilus spores was a qualified marker.
