借助电子探针显微分析法,用沉积动力学方程,研究了AgIAg_4P_2O_7、AgIAg_2OB_2O_2、AgIAg_2OP_1O_5B_1O_3银快离子玻璃系统中样品的银沉积问题。发现在电子束轰击下,银计数率随时间的变化实验曲线与理论拟台曲线一致,沉积动力学方程能较好地适合银快离子玻璃。对银快离子玻璃中银的沉积物理过程进行了探讨解释,在电子束注入电子的外电场和试样内离子浓差、局域极化内电场作用下,银离子不断迁移、沉积,达到极限值。
With the help of electron probe microanalysis, the sedimentation kinetics equation was used to study the silver deposition of AgIAg_4P_2O_7, AgIAg_2OB_2O_2, AgIAg_2OP_1O_5B_1O_3 silver fast ion glass system. It is found that the experimental curve of silver count rate change with time under the electron beam bombardment is consistent with the theoretical curve fitting, and the deposition kinetics equation can be well suited to silver fast ion glass. Silver fast ion glass silver deposition physical process is discussed and explained in the electron beam electron injection of the external electric field and the sample ion concentration, the local polarization of the electric field, the silver ions continue to migrate, deposition, to the limit .
