社保基金是老百姓的"养命钱",是社保制度的"生命线"。为了督促管好用好社保基金,今年6月,省人大财经委、常委会预算工委开展了社会保障专题调研活动,听取了省直10个部门的情况汇报,并赴部分企业调研。7月以来,又在全省开展了社保基金专题调研活动,听取了省人社厅、省财政厅、省审计厅等部门的情况汇报,并分成4个调研组赴部分市县开展了重点调研,各市州人大财经委、预算工委也开展专题调研活动。
