介绍了现代企业制度以及中国国有企业体制改革的趋势和目标 ,针对电力企业的行业特点以及电力体制改革的历程和现状 ,分析了电力企业中建立现代企业制度所遇到的一些难点和问题 ,从外部环境和内部管理两个方面 ,初步探讨了电力企业如何建立和完善现代企业制度 Introduced the modern enterprise system and the trend and goal of system reform of state-owned enterprises in China.
