本文选择劳动力市场常见的三种模型为研究对象:工会和企业之间讨价还价博弈的列昂惕夫(Leontief)模型、劳动力市场的搜寻与摩擦匹配理论(DMP)模型、劳动力市场中的激励与工资差异模型,通过对相关文献模型中提出的假设以及结论进行比较分析,总结出现阶段各自在劳动力市场中的学术研究发展轨迹与应用前景,并通过阿吉翁—布朗夏尔模型的修正模型,在经济系统的整体推理中提出一个讨价还价能力和自愿失业的变量关系。
This article chooses three common models in the labor market as the research object: the Leontief model of bargaining between trade unions and enterprises, the labor market search and friction matching theory (DMP) model, the incentives and wages in the labor market Through the comparative analysis of the assumptions and conclusions put forward in the relevant literature models, this paper summarizes the respective academic research development trajectories and application prospects in the labor market in the emerging phases. By means of the revised model of the Ajigon-Brownian model, The overall reasoning of the economic system proposes a variable relationship between bargaining power and voluntary unemployment.
