近日,一则举报黑龙江省双鸭山市宝山区区长的信息在网络上流传。当地区委宣传部工作人员回复称,区委书记、区长等领导喝茅台酒是为了招商引资请客商。多年来,在一些地方,“谈生意必在酒桌”已成一种固定程式,很多领导干部离开了酒桌,就不知道如何跟客户沟通交流。似乎酒喝得越多、越好、越痛快,越能拉近距离、增进感情,甚至客户头脑一热,当场就能决定投资。在这样的固有认知与现实经验下,很多人便认为,招商引资与喝什么酒、怎么喝酒,是有很大关联的。
