目的 探讨 2型糖尿病患者血液流变学改变与胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法 测定 10 8例 2型糖尿病患者空腹血糖、空腹血浆胰岛素及血液流变学 ,分析血粘度对胰岛素抵抗的影响。结果 血浆粘度及全血粘度都与胰岛素敏感性指数 (IAI)呈显著负相关 ,相关系数r分别为 -0 .42及 -0 .40 ,P <0 .0 0 1。IAI逐步增高的 4组中 ,血粘度呈逐步降低 ,不仅后 3组分别与IAI最差的第 1组比较显著降低 ,后 2组血粘度也较第 2组为低 (P <0 .0 1) )。结论 血粘度与胰岛素抵抗呈显著负相关 ,血粘度增高可能是胰岛素抵抗的表现和重要因素。
Objective To investigate the relationship between hemorheological changes and insulin resistance in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods The fasting plasma glucose, fasting plasma insulin and hemorheology in 108 type 2 diabetic patients were measured. The effect of blood viscosity on insulin resistance was analyzed. Results Both plasma viscosity and whole blood viscosity were negatively correlated with insulin sensitivity index (IAI). The correlation coefficients r were -0.42 and -0.040 respectively, P <0.01. The blood viscosity of the 4 groups with gradually increasing IAI decreased gradually, not only the last 3 groups were significantly lower than the first group with the worst IAI, but the latter 2 groups were also lower than the second group (P <0.01) )). Conclusion There is a significant negative correlation between blood viscosity and insulin resistance. The increase of blood viscosity may be the manifestation of insulin resistance and an important factor.
