目的:通过慢性肾功能衰竭的大鼠模型,验证葆肾康颗粒的治疗作用。方法:除正常组和假手术组外,利用肾5/6切除复制大鼠慢性肾衰(CRF)模型,并将造模大鼠随机分为模型组、低、中、高剂量(分别给予葆肾康颗粒5,10,20g.kg-1)组,观察治疗后大鼠的相关生化指标以及肾脏病理学切片的变化。结果:与模型组比较,葆肾康颗粒中、高剂量组BUN显著降低(P<0.05);低、中、高剂量组Scr显著降低(P<0.05);中、高剂量组Hb显著升高(P<0.05);给药组肾脏病理损伤均有不同程度的减轻。结论:葆肾康颗粒能有效治疗大鼠的CRF,同时改善CRF引起的贫血症状,并且随着给药剂量的提高疗效越明显。
OBJECTIVE: To verify the therapeutic effect of Baoshenkang granules through a rat model of chronic renal failure. Methods: In addition to the normal group and the sham operation group, the model of chronic renal failure (CRF) was reproduced by 5/6 nephrectomy. The model rats were randomly divided into model group, low, medium and high dose Shenkang granule 5, 10, 20g.kg-1) group. The changes of related biochemical indexes and renal pathological sections of the rats after treatment were observed. Results: Compared with the model group, BUN was significantly lower in the middle and high dose Baushenkang granules group (P <0.05), Scr in the low, middle and high dose groups was significantly decreased (P <0.05) (P <0.05). The pathological changes of kidney in administration group were alleviated to some extent. Conclusion: Baoshenkang granule can effectively treat CRF in rats and improve the symptoms of anemia caused by CRF. The more obvious the effect is, the higher the dosage is.
