黎海鹰,1989年毕业于四川大学信息管理系,当过工人、图书管理员、导游等,1995年开始从事IT技术,现为成都晓通电子有限公司网络工程师。
Li Haiying graduated from the Department of Information Management of Sichuan University in 1989. He worked as a worker, librarian and tour guide. He started to engage in IT technology in 1995 and is now a network engineer of Chengdu Xiaotong Electronics Co., Ltd.
